While we work diligently to avoid changes and cancellations, we reserve the right to do so when necessary. An "Important Change" is defined as a modification made before your departure that significantly affects your confirmed travel plan.

If an Important Change or Cancellation Occurs:

• • You may choose to accept the changes or explore other available options
• • In cases of cancellation, you may request a full refund if the supplier permits

Please note: We are not responsible for providing compensation when cancellations or changes are due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, airline decisions, government restrictions, etc.). However, we will advocate on your behalf with travel suppliers to request any available compensation or reimbursement.

All travel bookings and consultancy arrangements are generally non-refundable unless specifically agreed otherwise in your booking terms.

Service Fees

Service and consultation fees charged by Moonline Travel Travel are generally non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
